DELEGATE & SPONSOR PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering for I AM SECURE 2026, the delegate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Delegate and Sponsor Pass Terms and Conditions.

The organizers are committed to providing a professional, relevant, and productive environment for all delegates, speakers, sponsors, partners, and stakeholders. Accordingly, access to the event, specific areas, and certain privileges may be subject to eligibility, registration approval, capacity limitations, and the applicable pass category.

1. THE EVENT IS FREE

I AM SECURE 2026 is a complimentary event for approved delegates.

The organizers are providing the event free of charge despite the substantial value associated with participation, which may be reasonably estimated at approximately PHP 5,000–PHP 10,000 per person, considering the overall learning experience, professional networking opportunities, event setup and production, program resources, meals and refreshments, giveaways, and other organizing costs.

The complimentary nature of the event does not guarantee admission. Registration is subject to eligibility, verification, available capacity, and final approval by the Organizing Committee.

2. WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Priority Delegates

Priority consideration will be given to:

  • ISOG Core and Official Members
  • I AM SECURE 2026 Sponsors
  • Institutional Partners and Organization Alliance Officers from the identified and approved list

Non-Members

Non-members may register for consideration, provided that they fall within the intended professional and academic audience of the event, including:

  • Supervisory to Top Management and C-Level professionals, including CEOs, CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CROs, DPOs, IT Security Directors, Heads of Cybersecurity, Information Security Officers, Security Leaders, Risk Officers, Network Infrastructure professionals, Cyber Architects, Heads of IT Operations, SOC Leaders and Security Operations professionals, Chief Compliance Officers, Heads of Cloud Security/DevSecOps, and other related positions of end-user institutions
  • Technology, cybersecurity, information security, digital, and related professionals and enablers
  • Heads and senior representatives of academic institutions
  • Faculty members and instructors teaching technology, information security, and cybersecurity
  • Postgraduate, continuing education, Master’s, and PhD students pursuing security, cybersecurity, information technology, or related fields

3. ACCESS AND ELIGIBILITY LIMITATIONS

To maintain the professional focus and intended audience of I AM SECURE 2026, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to review, approve, decline, or limit registrations.

The following may be subject to non-acceptance unless specifically endorsed and approved by ISOG, XMS, or their respective authorized stakeholders:

  • Vendors and non-sponsoring companies primarily attending for sales, marketing, or business development purposes
  • Sales and marketing personnel whose roles are not directly relevant to the event’s professional objectives
  • Creative, design, or other functions unrelated to technology, information security, cybersecurity, ICT, risk, compliance, or related disciplines
  • Individuals or organizations whose professional affiliation or business presence cannot be reasonably verified through available public or digital sources
  • Registrations that do not align with the intended professional audience of the event

Any exception remains subject to final approval by the designated Registration Head or Organizing Committee.

Undergraduate Students

High school and undergraduate students are generally not eligible for delegate access, even when enrolled in technology-related programs.

The event is specifically curated for advanced, professional-level discussions and participants, and the organizers reserve the right to decline registrations that do not meet the intended audience profile.

4. REGISTRATION APPROVAL

Registration is not automatically considered a confirmed onsite admission.

ISOG and XMS, together with the I AM SECURE 2026 Organizing Committee and authorized stakeholders, reserve the right to:

  • Approve or decline any registration
  • Verify the identity, organization, designation, and professional affiliation of registrants
  • Reassign a registrant to the appropriate pass category
  • Limit access based on venue capacity and event requirements
  • Decline registrations that do not meet the event’s eligibility criteria

As this is a complimentary event, the organizers reserve the right to determine the appropriate audience and composition of delegates to ensure that the event remains relevant, professional, and beneficial to its intended participants.

5. TYPES OF ACCESS PASSES

CATEGORY 1 — PRIORITY / VIP DELEGATE ACCESS

Category 1 includes:

  • ISOG Core and Official Members
  • Identified officers of Partner Institutions and Organization Alliances — up to 2 slots per institution/organization
  • Media Partners — up to 2 slots per media partner
  • Identified Sponsors:
    • Titanium — 4 slots
    • Platinum — 3 slots
    • Gold — 2 slots
    • Exhibitor — 1 slot
    • Speaker passes are excluded from the sponsor allocation
  • Sponsor and Guest Speakers — 1 slot each

Category 1 Delegate Pass Includes:

  • Event lanyard and identification badge
  • Loot bag containing the program flyer and Booth Passport
  • VIP Room access
  • Morning snacks
  • Buffet lunch
  • Coffee and tea
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • CPE credits, upon request and subject to applicable requirements

6. CATEGORY 2 — PROFESSIONAL DELEGATE ACCESS

Category 2 includes:

  • Non-ISOG members from supervisory to C-Level positions, including CEOs, CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CROs, DPOs, IT Security Directors, Heads of Cybersecurity, Information Security Officers, Security Leaders, Risk Officers, Network Infrastructure professionals, Cyber Architects, Heads of IT Operations, SOC Leaders and Security Operations professionals, Chief Compliance Officers, Heads of Cloud Security/DevSecOps, and other related positions of end-user institutions
  • Technology, cybersecurity, ICT, information security, digital, risk, compliance, and related professionals of end-user institutions
  • Heads of academic institutions
  • Faculty members and instructors teaching security, cybersecurity, technology, ICT, or related disciplines
  • Postgraduate, continuing education, Master’s, and PhD students pursuing security, cybersecurity, technology, ICT, or related fields
  • Additional approved officers, members, and colleagues of Partner Institutions, Organization Alliances, Speakers, Sponsors, and Media Partners whose functions are related to security, technology, ICT, or other relevant disciplines

Category 2 Delegate Pass Includes:

  • Event lanyard and identification badge
  • Loot bag containing the program flyer and Booth Passport
  • Coffee and tea
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • CPE credits, upon request and subject to applicable requirements

Category 2 does not include VIP Room access, or other Category 1 privileges unless expressly approved by the Organizing Committee.

Meals and Food: Category 2 delegates are responsible for their own meals and food expenses. Food concessionaires will be available within the event area for delegates who wish to purchase meals, snacks, and refreshments. 

  1. REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Onsite Confirmation

Approved delegates will receive their onsite confirmation between September 9 and September 25, 2026, through the registered email address and/or mobile number provided during registration.

Delegates who do not receive confirmation should not assume that onsite access has been granted.

8. OCTOBER 1, 2026 — EVENT REMINDERS

Onsite Check-In

  • Registration and check-in begin at 8:00 AM.

Dress Code

  • Business Attire or Smart Casual. Uniformed personnel, including members of the police, military, and other authorized uniformed services, are encouraged to attend in their respective official uniforms. 

Parking

  • Parking is available at SM Aura and shall be at the delegate’s own expense and responsibility.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By registering, the delegate agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and verifiable registration information
  • Observe the event’s rules, policies, and instructions
  • Wear and properly display the issued event identification badge
  • Respect fellow delegates, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, organizers, and venue personnel
  • Use event access privileges only for their approved pass category
  • Comply with venue security and safety requirements

Passes are non-transferable unless a substitution is expressly approved by the Organizing Committee.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or withdraw access from any individual whose registration information is found to be inaccurate, whose conduct is inappropriate or disruptive, or whose participation is inconsistent with the event’s objectives and policies.

10. ORGANIZER’S RIGHT TO DETERMINE ACCESS

ISOG, XMS, and the I AM SECURE 2026 Organizing Committee reserve the right to approve, decline, restrict, or modify registration and access privileges based on eligibility, venue capacity, security considerations, event requirements, and the intended composition of the audience.

All registration decisions made by the designated Registration Head or Organizing Committee shall be considered final.

I AM SECURE 2026 ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

DATA PRIVACY AND CONSENT

By registering for I AM SECURE 2026, the delegate acknowledges and agrees that the information provided during registration may be collected, processed, stored, and used by ISOG, XMS, and the I AM SECURE 2026 Organizing Committee, including their authorized representatives and service providers, for legitimate event-related purposes.

Such information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Email address and mobile number
  • Job title/designation and organization/company
  • Professional or academic affiliation
  • Registration and attendance details
  • Information necessary to verify eligibility and pass category
  • Photographs, video recordings, and other event-related media

Purpose of Data Processing

Personal information may be processed for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Registration, verification, and confirmation of event attendance
  • Determining eligibility and appropriate access category
  • Communicating event announcements, schedules, reminders, and other event-related information
  • Issuing identification badges, certificates of attendance, and applicable CPE documentation
  • Managing venue access, security, logistics, and event operations
  • Coordinating with sponsors, institutional partners, organization alliances, speakers, media partners, and authorized event suppliers where reasonably necessary for event administration
  • Maintaining attendance and event records
  • Improving future programs, activities, and participant experience
  • Documenting and promoting I AM SECURE 2026 and related activities, subject to applicable privacy requirements

Data Protection

The organizers shall take reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.

Personal information shall only be accessed by authorized individuals and entities with a legitimate need to process such information in connection with the event or its related activities.

The organizers shall retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate organizational records.

Event Photography and Media

The delegate acknowledges that I AM SECURE 2026 may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise documented for legitimate event documentation, archival, educational, communication, and promotional purposes.

By attending the event, delegates understand that they may appear incidentally or as part of general event coverage. Where reasonably practicable, the organizers will provide appropriate notice and observe applicable privacy requirements in the use of event-related media.

Delegates who have specific concerns regarding the use of their identifiable image or likeness may coordinate with the Organizing Committee.

Rights of Data Subjects

Delegates retain their rights as data subjects under applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the right to be informed regarding the processing of their personal information and, where applicable, the right to access, correct, object to, or request appropriate action concerning their personal information, subject to applicable legal limitations and requirements.

For privacy-related concerns, requests, or complaints, delegates may coordinate with the designated Data Privacy/Registration Contact of I AM SECURE 2026 through the official event registration or communication channels.

By submitting the registration form and attending the event, the delegate confirms that they have read and understood this Data Privacy and Consent provision and agree to the processing of their personal information for the legitimate purposes stated above, subject to applicable Philippine data privacy laws and regulations.
